Dear Prospective Sponsor,
Lady Hawks Basketball Club was established in 2006 with the goal of providing excellent coaching and a high level of
competition for local youth female athletes looking to play basketball in college. Our club team is composed of
players from throughout Riverside County. Current players range from 11 - 14 years of age and are dedicated to
playing basketball at a highly competitive level. In addition to basketball excellence, Lady Hawks Basketball Club also
develops confidence, self-esteem, leadership skills and promotes Academic Excellence.
2008, Lady Hawks Basketball Club will play in high level competitive travel tournaments throughout Southern
California, Nevada, Arizona, Northern & Central California. Local High School and College scouts are expected at
most of these tournaments to see our girls play.
We continue to strive towards our goal of providing an excellent basketball experience for all involved, we do have
the expense of entry fees, uniforms, coaching and travel. The average yearly expense per player is approximately
$3000. Without fundraisers and community support, players would be excluded from participating in some
competitive tournaments. The Lady Hawks Basketball Club has asked each parent on the team to seek out
prospective sponsors so every girl with the desire to excel will have the opportunity. Lady Hawks Basketball Club is a
non-profit organization and all sponsorship money will be used solely for players’ club fees and experiences. By
Sponsoring, your organization will get a tax deduction, advertisement on our website and mention in all publications.
More importantly, you can take pride in supporting these Inland Empire (Riverside, California) young ladies' efforts.
